DR. LACI C. ROBBINS
About Us
Laci C. Robbins, Ed.D., affectionately known as Dr. Laci, is the Executive Director of Compel Them to Come Incorporated (CTTC), based in Wauwatosa, WI, offering varied programming focused on the family and supporting multiple generations; she succeeded founder Angela Robbins in 2024.
Dr. Laci holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Fisk University and both a Master’s Degree and Doctorate Degree from Trevecca Nazarene University. Her complex role provides leadership in nonprofit management in the area of health, psychosocial, and educational needs of older individuals and their caregivers, with the goal to provide clients a safe, secure, fun and positive daily experience.

Dr. Laci is an award winning leader, receiving local, state, and nationwide recognition for efforts in various industries. In her spare time you can find her exploring nature, reading, on a plane to the next adventure, or spending time with her husband Bishop W. Aaron Robbins and three children.
Our Story
2005
Compel Them To Come is Founded.
Angela and her husband Pastor Wayne founded Compel as a community agency. She was named Executive Director in 2005. CTTC launched “Youth Voices,” as an eight lesson program created to address youth risk behavior. It would be the first of multiple programs supporting the family and healthy relationships.
2015
CTTC is Serves the Youth and Adult Communities.
Using perspective-challenging discussion and thought-provoking activities through social learning, Compel Them to Come expands to serving multiple Milwaukee agencies, including the Department of Juvenile Justice.
Celebrating 10 years of service. Community partners were Compelled to Give! A celebration highlighting the work of the non-profit agency!
2020
The COVID-19 Pandemic
Drastically altering the landscape of numerous organizations worldwide, including Compel Them to Come (CTTC) program focus and efforts quickly change. Known for its impactful work with incarcerated individuals, CTTC had to navigate unprecedented challenges when the global health crisis emerged.

Correctional and school facilities imposed strict lockdowns, limiting external access. This meant that CTTC’s educators and counselors could no longer visit these facilities.
2024
CTTC Adult Day Activity Center
The emergence of the Compel Them to Come Adult Day Activity Center (CTTC) is a testament to resilience and adaptability in the face of adversity. Amid the unprecedented challenges brought forth by the pandemic, CTTC not only remained steadfast in its mission to serve individuals and families, but has also innovated to extend its support to active seniors and their families
CTTC has now formed new partnerships, pooling resources and expertise to broaden our reach and provide comprehensive support. Plan now to join us for programs like creative arts and mindfulness sessions– once again, demonstrating a relentless commitment to the mission.
